Stamford's only
used book shop, operated by the Friends of Ferguson Library Volunteers.
Our Mission:
Rescue and re-circulate books
in our community,
Sell quality used books at
modest prices, and
Provide unsold books free to
community institutions.
Our Motto:
“A book for every home and a
home for every book.”
- We stock clean, interesting, moderately priced books and media for our community.
- We raise money to support the Library's public programs and to fund special gifts.
- We supply area non-profit organizations and agencies with books and other materials through our Friend-to Friend Program.
- Provide a place for our community to donate gently used books and other materials for the benefit of others. Learn how to donate books and music.

The
door between the Book Shop in the Main Library and Starbucks is always
open during Library hours. Bring your coffee into our Bookstore – sip and
browse. Or enjoy our book selection in Starbucks. Dealers are always
welcome.
Browse anytime the library is open. Be sure to stop by
often as we receive new shipments daily.
