23rd Annual Literary Competition

2008 Stamford Literary Competition Winners

 

Congratulations to the winners of the 23rd Annual Stamford Literary Competition.

 

This year, we had 361 entries of original fiction, non-fiction and poetry from Stamford students in grades 3 - 12. Winners were selected in each category by grade level.

 

The winners, their families and teachers are invited to an awards ceremony and reception at the Library Sunday, May 4 at 1:30 p.m. Children’s author Lesley M. M. Blume will be the featured speaker. If you would like to read your work at Barnes & Noble in Stamford Town Center after the ceremony, please R.S.V.P. to Linda Avellar at 351-8208 or by email at linda@fergusonlibrary.org.
